    2. 2nd Sunday is Community Sunday. For the summer (May - Aug), the second Sunday of each month, we have home church meetings and visit other churches. We will not have church service at Belle Cooledge.

    4. U.S. Global Peace Festival Saturday, August 9th, WDC. For more info go to http://gpfusa.org
    5. Bay Area Global Peace Festival Saturday, August 9, at BAFC 12 to 5 pm. Potluck lunch, cultural entertainment and speakers from community organizations, children play area and face painting and simulcast of Festival in Washington DC. Please bring canned food and clothing for local charities. Bring your family, friends and neighbors.

      * True peace cannot be achieved through human efforts alone (we need God).
      * The model for true peace is found in true love families.
      * Families of true love begin from individuals of Godly character and sexual purity.
      * All people can genuinely be part of the human family when God is at the center.
      * The spiritual world exists. Choices we make and the way we live have lasting consequences.
      * God’s ideal is a world of true love, beyond the boundaries of nation, race or religion.
      * Now is the time when our human effort can be joined with God’s power to realize a world of true and lasting peace.
